About Caleb's House
A faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built on lived experience and a commitment to young people navigating difficult circumstances.
Caleb's House was founded by Andre Sifford from firsthand experiences growing up in the foster care system. Those experiences developed into a passion for helping young people navigate circumstances that can make it difficult to see a path toward stability, education, and independence.
Caleb's House exists to provide life support and guidance to children, youth, and young adults who are at risk, in foster care, or transitioning out of foster care.

Wilderness
From the Wilderness to the Promise
"But because my servant Caleb has a different spirit and follows me wholeheartedly, I will bring him into the land he went to, and his descendants will inherit it."
Numbers 14:24
Caleb's House draws inspiration from the story of Caleb in Numbers 14:24. Caleb's story represents faith, perseverance, and the courage to continue forward when circumstances make the destination difficult to see. We believe many young people experience their own symbolic wilderness. Through mentorship, educational support, resources, and community, Caleb's House works to help them move toward greater stability and opportunity.
